Do you have auto-updates turned on? At this point, you ordered the Mongoose and are going to update it yourself, but I checked your VIN in PTS and you have been getting updates sent to you. Your truck is a 2022 with only 3,500 miles. I mention that because when your truck is sent an OTA like the ones highlighted below that do not require the vehicle to be inhibited, consent is given to the updates to install the second you turn your truck on. If you do not use the truck (or at least turn the ignition on) when the OTA trigger is created for your truck within the allotted time the update is in your queue, the OTA will expire. It looks like you have been driving your truck a lot more often the past two weeks, but it seems to have been parked most of the time the past two months and possibly longer(I can only see 60 days worth of vehicle history). This would explain why the updates have repeatedly failed to even download the files it needed to install the update. Thanks for all this useful info here. I just got my 22 Lariat ER last week and want to get all the updates. I just ordered the Mongoose and a 2nd Clore PL2320. Would someone mind taking a look at my VIN, so I can get a head start? Thanks
VIN: 1FT6W1EV1NWG00694
Again, with the Mongoose, you'll be good to go. However, your truck was getting love from the OTA mothership.
