Update: F-150 Lightning Fast Charging Tesla Adapters Start Shipping TODAY Per Ford!

Not all dates are exact - I had to guess based on what was posted, but truly all shipping notices so far are for either April 8th or 9th based on 2 day Fedex shipping.

We likely have enough feedback that the first 500-600 could be shipping and then for some reason a weird jump to the high 7800's for a couple of hundred.

Is everybody a big cheese or some of these location related?

Email from Ford came in late tonight, but FedEx shipping notice earlier this afternoon. Supposed to get it Tuesday.

I would suspect the list is broken up by fulfillment center. So either it is a start 1-5,000 here or regional.

Regional would make the most sense if they use more then one fulfillment center.

The reason some of the higher order numbers shipped first is a mix-up at the logistics company. Issue has been corrected and all remaining orders will ship in sequential order

I was thinking it may be regional, but hard to say. Mine is already picked up and in transit according to the tracking, I'm in Colorado. I see someone reporting shipped and going to Texas, some west coast people. Hmm...

It seems the web-site report doesn't update, you should get the Ford email soon 24 hours after the FEDEX site updates.

Unless they had a log of vins that had done a Tesla supercharge already?!?

I am #19, mine is in Ohio on track for Monday delivery!

I really am thinking with order #5600 that Ford knows I have been charging on the Tesla network thru their BOCN over the past week and that they know I have had using my A2Z adapter and holding mine back ?

It has been a very positive experience with my Lightning, and for you to send me a free adapter to double my available fast chargers on the Tesla network is icing on the cake..

No. Just no.
It’s been explained (by people in the know) they are going in order. The few in the 7000’s were a mixup.
