Ford Complimentary Adapter Carrying Case

Just talked with A2Z Adapter folks about purchasing one of their early Tesla-CCS2
adapter cases. I recently received the Ford adapter & it fits nicely in the early
style A2Z case. They had two on hand & I bot both (I've got a 2nd Ford adapter
coming "Soon") for $20 each + $10 shipping. Might check with them as they said
they'd be glad to sell more.

Does anybody know why Ford took down the NACS adapter order info?

I just stuck mine in the case with my portable EVSE and adapter cable and keep it in the lower section of the Frunk.

I thought the offer expired in June or July of this year.

I think that got extended to yesterday. Kinda surprised they didnt extend this indefinitely since they just announced they are giving all ford elecrtic buyers the charge station and install rebates. That costs way more than these adapters!

I believe it is included with the Ford MOBILE charger now!

Because they will be offering it for direct purchase from their parts department soon. And all the free adapters will still take into next year to deliver. It was a limited time offer…. You can get one with a new truck (2025) if your order includes the Mobile Charge Kit, which includes the same mobile charger cord and now the Tesla to CCS adapter as well.

I keep mine in the glove box, had a chance to use it during a recent trip, works great just plug and charge, the Blue Oval will email the receipt . I was charged 41cents per kWh at the Tesla charger, 71cents per kWh at a Ford pro charger. The charging app in the truck wasn’t that accurate , I will use the Tesla app next time.
