30,000 FordPass points is $150. Purchasing an EV, gets you 22,000 points ($110).The pts are usually 30,000 (roughly $300) worth of parts/service.
I was under impression that Ford's Plug&Play does not require the phone.Do you fast charge? Then the answer is Yes
I couldn’t set up Tesla Plug and Play unless I set the Lightning to “non Tesla“ up on the Tesla App and selected Plug and charge on the Ford App.I was under impression that Ford's Plug&Play does not require the phone.
I think you can set up Plug&Play at Tesla or EA just using the Web.I couldn’t set up Tesla Plug and Play unless I set the Lightning to “non Tesla“ up on the Tesla App and selected Plug and charge on the Ford App.
Setting up the Tesla app has zero impact on whether Ford Plug & Charge works at a Tesla SuperCharger.I couldn’t set up Tesla Plug and Play unless I set the Lightning to “non Tesla“ up on the Tesla App and selected Plug and charge on the Ford App.
I found I had to have the app to set up the connected services, and also I think to get the Ford Reward Points for buying the truck I needed the app (FordPass).Hi,
Just purchased a Flash a few days ago. I could not install the Ford Pass app on my iphone 7 because the iOS version is too old and cannot be updated.
A few questions:
1. Do I even need this app or can I do everything I need to do from the truck’s control panel?
2. The dealer said something about calling them back when I do have a phone capable of running the app, so they could set up my account and give me some points or credits or something? I had no idea what she was talking about, but it was closing hours and I didn’t want to keep her there late, so I figured I could learn more later. Can someone fill me in on what she was talking about?
3. Is there a legacy version of the app that works on iOS 15?
It was just enough to get mud flaps from Ford, whoopie!30,000 FordPass points is $150. Purchasing an EV, gets you 22,000 points ($110).
It tells me my tire pressure without having to go out to the truck and check. It is not required. I find that I rarely use it as well. The only real value I get from it is the ability to start conditioning the cabin remotely (aka remote start).
