I’ve got 1.4 on my 23 and I don’t get any text on lane changes at all. It does auto lane change with the turn signal but other than that there is no indication.
So you don't see a little animated line showing the lane change as it happens either?

I get a little text "subtitle" that says it's preparing to change lanes, or changing, or whatever, but no animations.

Nope I get nothing at all. Now I’ve had 1.4 for a couple months now. Rugedraw helped me with that. So maybe it’s possible that I don’t have something configured just right. I’ve an ipma update available which I need to go out and do and then I’ll see if that changes anything.

Did you ever get the 6.8.0 OTA (or did you do an IPC update with FDRS)? DO you have the HVB % on your IPC?

I never seem to get OTA’s but that’s probably because I’m updating with fdrs. But yes I do that the batt. % on the ipc. I have an ipma update available on fdrs. Can you look and see if it’s showing as a pending ota just for Curiosity as I’ll probably just do it with fdrs at some point. thanks bro!

You have no OTAs in the queue.

But you could get the IPMA/PSCM updated for free by your dealer. You do have an open FSA for the front sensor issue (24B56).

Oh, and that Active Air Dam fault you have would get your powertrain updated as well (TSB 24-2404)

Thanks for checking. I have a yearly subscription to fdrs so I usually do the updates myself. In fact I’ve done that sensor update awhile back I’m pretty sure.

Okay, then for you this newer IPMA/PSCM combo is the one that fine tunes the BC performance.

Your IPC is on the CAC strategy. @Mike G What strat is the IPC in your Lightning on?

I'm pretty sure that, unlike Sync updates, the IPMA/PSCM updates are cumulative.

Meaning if you waited and never got the dealer to do the "24B56 INOPERATIVE FRONT PARKING SENSORS" FSA.... then the most current IPMA/ PSCM update now appearing in the available software list not only addresses that same front parking sensor issue, but is also the BC update.

Is that info you can only see in PTS or can I see that type of info in FDRS?

I'd do (or redo) that PSCM update. It will also drag the IPMA into the mix since they are scripted to be updated together. But if the IPMA has already been successfully updated, FDRS will recognize that and skip over the reprogramming and configuration, and go right into the PSCM next. That PSCM by itself takes no more than 5 minutes normally.
I tried this morning, and reapplied the PSCM update, no change. the PSCM update is still in the SW updates list.

I could not reapply IPMI update as its not there anymore.

Any suggestions? I assume the PSCM update is important with the new IPMI update.

Thanks,

You can see it in either PTS, FDRS or FORScan. FDRS and FORScan would be the most accurate. In FDRS, click the IPC and then scroll done to see what it says in the F188 location. You have to be missing the latest IPC update if you don't see the lane change text. There really is no other explanation.

Many people who have recently updated with FDRS have reported the PSCM not coming off the list after they do it. You're good.
