I think I was one of the first to report the phone number to call to get of the update list. Glad it is working for everyone, but as one who did not get valid password correction, I am not able to benefit from the wifi update. I have called and called and no one seems to have a solution. Ford keeps telling me they will have someone call me back, but they never do. If anyone else had a problem with their password or was able to decode their Access Code for a password to solve the problem let me know. Thanks.

Last night I unplugged and saw my FCSP lighted up white again, which tends to happen only during setup and when firmware is downloaded. No change in the firmware version this morning, but I think it took a couple of days last time it did that. Perhaps new software inbound to restore the insights?

I don't know about that. Since I got the update, the charge station turns white every time I unplug it from the truck. I'm starting to think that it turns white when it's communicating with the app to update the insight...

Well, things are definitely better these days, but not perfect. Plugged in about 1130 last night when I was down to about 50%. Target is 90 by 8am, still set to 80 amps. Not sure why it thought it'd have to charge outside my set hours (11pm-8am) to get from 50 to 90. Threw an error at 3am, but must have reset and kept going. Looks like it finished OK.

The mystery deepens... Looks like it finished charging to 90 at 230, but threw an error at 330? 🤨

Question: Is this the latest version of the FCSP software?

Interesting - when did you receive your FCSP? Mine arrived with .64.

.68. is still the version that I'm on - and insights seem to be working, although it only seems to update after you unplug the vehicle (which is weird).

I recdived it on 8/3….installed on 8/18 and connected to the internet. It updated to .68. software sometime yesterday while the truck was unplugged……all charge events have always been present….

I'm seeing version 2.112.68.2.127 as of today but ford pass will not let me increase my rate from 64 back to 80. Keeps failing. Rebooting the device doesn't help either. May have to take the case off the device and do the reset.
I was having the same issue. I had lowered it to 72amps in July and then could not change it back to 80 no matter how many times I tried. I tried again today while it was in operation charging the truck and it changed successfully.

I am still getting the error messages whenever I charge. I wish they gave more information than just "Something went wrong and your charge station can't charge your vehicle. Open your charge station settings for more information"

But there is no information in the charge station settings.

I have Software Version 2.112.68.2.127:1.10:0.31:0.40

Truck does end up fully charged in the AM.

I was having the same issue. I had lowered it to 72amps in July and then could not change it back to 80 no matter how many times I tried. I tried again today while it was in operation charging the truck and it changed successfully.
Mine eventually let me change the setting the next day without having to do any kind of reset. Has worked like a champ since.

Still struggling to get the update or even try to find it via the charge station pro app it never picks it up if I wanted to reset. On v64 and was overheating so went down to 60 amps and unable to change. I tried the red button with a power cycle but then just goes back to blue lights.
