Did you have the dealer do the Front Sensor CSP? That changed the IPMA dramatically.
No, not yet.

As All the lines changed are lines that I would never touch I believe they were changed by the module itself. A forum post indicated they are camera configs so I can see them possibly being modified from changes to the lights and my efforts in getting lane centering working.

Reset all modules back to factory, still the same issue.

Pulled the battery, still same issue.

Then realized I was a dummy and hadn't cleared the DCTs...got the white "auto" lights icon back on the IPC at least, will have to drive it tomorrow to see if it's back to factory

Bought my Pro Monday and by Saturday had enabled glare free thanks to this thread.

Ran into a small issue. Lane centering button no longer works on the steering wheel. I need to confirm all of the as-built values that I changed match the instructions, particularly the SCM update. But, the glare free option was enabled and working fine so just a minor inconvenience to work through!

Here is a FORScan mod I applied a few days ago that I really like. The Lightning is annoying in that if you turn the truck on without your seat belt buckled, it chimes 4 times. (My routine is to hop in my vehicle, turn it on, then buckle my seat belt while it warms up (ICE) or boots.)

This mod changes the seat belt warning type from US to European. Now you get no chimes when starting the vehicle unbuckled. But you still get chimes if you start driving without being buckled (at an increasingly annoying level). Can't say if that part is any different.

IPC: 720-01-02: xxxx x2xx
Note this assumes the previous value was 0. If your value is different than 0 then add 2. Always refer to Livinitup's spreadsheet if unsure.
Thanks for this mod. I applied it today and I like it a the lot.

With the Lightning, it's easy to sit in the truck while it's ON and either do real work or play with Forscan etc, and now the seat belt chime doesn't ding until the truck actually moves.

BTW - in Reverse, the new seat belt chime also doesn't ding. The truck had to be moving forward.

Has anyone figured out how to turn off the headlight lamps for the DRL, so that only the light bar illuminates when the DRL is on?

I think that the center rectangular small headlight component IS the "DRL". At least, on my Lightning truck.

Strange, I have a 24 lariat. My DRL is the light bar AND the small rectangle headlight.
Hmm I do wonder whether this is a trim level difference.

I adjusted my DRL strength (based on FORScan info on this forum) twice, from the OEM 10% up to 75% and then back down to 25%. I always check it at the plate glass front windows of the Mercedes dealership down my road.

That's how I know that in daylight, my "Daytime Running Lights" are just the two small center rectangle lights in my three-light matrix wig-wag LED headlights. The unibrow lightbar is dark on my truck until darkness.

Now, for clarity, I did turn on the glare-free function on my headlights, a fantastic feature BTW, and perhaps this has altered my Daytime Running Lights?

I've never seen a lightning without that bar on during the day unless the DRL will shut off from the infotainment system. When the truck was new do you remember the bar ever being on during the day with the drl? My cousin has a 24 XLT and his DRL is the rectangular light plus the light bar.

Hard to notice when I'm driving haha... but once I started monkeying with the DRL intensity setting and checking in the Mercedes plate glass windows, I assure You that in daylight, just the central rectangles are ON. Therefore, I started to think of those rectangles as DRL.

I actually looked for Ford's definition of DRL for our Lightnings based on a similar discussion with another member here, but I gave up after a while... just not worth my time for more than 15 minutes of searching. Maybe someone here can clarify what is Ford Corporate's official "DRL for the Lightning" definition.

The light bar is on during the day when the truck is not in park. The light bar is NOT part of the DRL's - at least not from a control perspective. You can not adjust the brightness of the bar. It's been proven too many times and last year it was discovered how the light bar is powered. Each half gets power from the headlight on that side of the truck. You turn the power on or off to the light bar through SW of the headlamp.

If you think you are adjusting the brightness of the light bar you must be doing it in two places - each headlight.
