I have had no issues since the latest update. Now, I plug my truck in, and I get charging faults.
I have always had my truck set to charge from 10pm to 6am during the cheapest rates. Well, Friday night, I see my truck had a charging faults. I could not get it to charge, and was forced to go through my EVSE’s app on my phone. I figured maybe it would update and all would be good.
Well, trying to set my times for charging in the app today, and then through the truck’s screen, nope. No luck. In the app, I change the times, they revert to the 12am or 12pm times. In the trucks screen, it won’t let me set any specific times. It is locked on “anytime”.
I then deleted the location. All, in fact. No change. Re-adding my home location just gives me the same. Starts the charger the minute I plug in. So, I have to use my EVSE’s software, which won’t work with preconditioning. Lovely… going into winter. BUT… I’ve got karaoke!

After removing the old profiles, take the truck for a quick drive around the block to orientate your GPS, that usually does the trick with building a new home charging location.

Hopefully the "FAULT" is not real and inhibiting the charging process to rebuild the charging scheme.

I had a similar issue with my truck when I had the charger not detected issue, which I have discussed in length on another thread. I deleted my home as a charging location while trying to figure out what the issue was and prior to taking it in to the dealer for repair. Yesterday when I tried to set it back up in the sync system (screen)it freaked out and then it wouldn’t even come back up on the truck so I just let it charge last night which ended up being to 100% because I could not change anything in the app or on the truck. This morning after I unplugged the truck, I was able to pull it up and reset my home as a location and was able to set my normal charge time during the discounted rates. Hope that makes sense and helps!

Thanks for the replies and suggestions.
I actually had deleted all locations prior to no avail. Finally, I renamed my “Home” location with a different name, then tried to change the times in the trucks screen. No luck there, but I could finally change them in the phone app. We’ll see if she charges tonight. For some reason, EVERY change I made in the app prior, I could see the truck dash light up like it was acknowledging the change, but nothing would save.
Thanks again. Stay tuned.

Seems like the Karoke song you'd sing while doing it is "The Hokey Pokey"

"You plug the charger in, you plug the charger out you take the plug and swing it all about, you drive the truck around block and let a shout out, that's what it's all abut"

I had a similar issue with my charger and found out that it was the charger and not the truck. I don't know why, but if it's cold outside (less than 37 degrees), when I plug in the charger I'll get a fault on it. If I run a heat gun on the charger to warm it up, it'll start right up. I've even used the truck's heat to warm it up before; just maxed out the temp and put the charger right in front of the vent for a minute or two.
