@Ford Motor Company
Bought my Lightning Lariat in early December 2024. Got my Qmerit code and signed up within the week. My project was accepted by the local installer (Atlasta Solar) on December 10th. I immediately supplied photos and a description of what I was hoping to do. All within the parameters of a standard/basic install. I was then called and informed they wouldn't be doing anything until after the 1st of the year because "holidays". That's disappointing but, ok, I guess. Without boring you with the details, it is now March 17th and the installer hasn't ever been onsite. I haven't heard back from them since February 20th when they said "we can install in approximately 2 weeks." Qmerit has not contacted or updated me since March 5th. Anyone else had their Ford Power "Promise" take more than 4 months? I absolutely love the truck. I use the travel charger 90% of the time and go to a local 62kW ChargePoint charger once or twice a week. It's been workable but I sure would like to fast charge at home.
Note: I came home with the Ford Level 2 charger.
