Yeah Man , even last night I wanted to charge earlier than scheduled and on the App I couldn’t find a way to start it without hitting the Charge to 100% button or change my preferred charge settings. It really is awful.

The worst part is there is nowhere to send feedback, and why is it that Mach-E owners still have a better App visualizing and features than we do? Why isn’t it standard all across?
I've lost ALL ability to control my charging through the app, but it is now in my GUI in the truck. That worked well for me to get things set back up there last week. You might take a look at that set up and review it directly in the truck.

Mine worked last night after latest software update. I didn’t trust it taking it for an hour drive back and forth.

I’ve left my key fob home for the last 2 days. PaaK is working fine. I’m done carrying that fob around.
You've also got your door code and have a backup start passcode correct? It helps to have a bit of insurance like that along. The app has just been too flaky the last month.

Took ownership of Sparky June 07, 2022. Just received PAAK yesterday (10/5/22). Easy setup and works like a charm. Caveat being the truck gets locked when I get out. I usually don’t need to lock where I live.

How does that work? Most are reporting that Walk Away lock doesn't work. Are you saying when you get out your truck locks for you automatically? Any insight on how you got that to work when others report it does not?

No I manually touch the handle or last two digits on the keypad.

Has anyone found a solution for the “backup passcode not saved, contact dealer for service” error?

PAAK works great for me but I can’t set a backup passcode which makes me too afraid to rely on it!

I've had PAAK on my Lariat for sometime now. It worked great initially, but now the truck doesn't see my phone. I have to use the backup code every time. That wouldn't be an issue if it didn't take 30 seconds to boot up to the laggy backup code screen. Any have a similar issue where PAAK worked great initially then stopped connecting to your phone? Should I unpair and repair the device maybe?

UPDATE:
Went back out to my car this morning to try it again and this time it let me set a backup passcode! I guess keep trying!

Can’t get PAAK. My update won’t complete. Shows on ford pass as “ update pending action required”. Doesn’t give any method to schedule on the app or in the truck. I have called ford OTA and they couldn’t do anything. I have done the key cycle procedure multiple times, didn’t work.
I do not have any options in “software update” except “update details”. Is this where I am supposed to be able to set a schedule or begin update?

can u reset sync? I believe is in settings->general. PAAK required a scheduled update for me to go through. It wasnt something that self updated and notified me later like 3.5.2 was.

I guess I’ll have to try that. Was trying to avoid redoing settings, adding Bluetooth devices again etc.
