I am on round two, fuck Ford. I am going to get a Silverado when my check shows upThese are the folks mentioned in this thread so far with problems, a couple seem to have self corrected. Who is missing here if someone knows of 33 reports in the forum? Wish folks would put more in their signatures of build date, model detail, and battery type. Maybe @Ford Motor Company would give us a complete list!
For me it was a faulty module and took Ford 5 weeks to replace. Has been working fine since. XLT extended rangeThese are the folks mentioned in this thread so far with problems, a couple seem to have self corrected. Who is missing here if someone knows of 33 reports in the forum? That's normal, power is reduced as soc gets lower.haven’t gotten any error messages in my fordpass app but I have had a reduced power
Tesla was swapping out cars like crazy to keep up appearances in their first few years and still have problems and recalls. At least Ford has an actual dealer network to handle repairs and so far has been pretty good at taking care of their customers.Even Tesla, with all their known issues last longer than this.
Those build dates are close enough together to suspect a trend. Obviously, not scientific in any way but there's definitely a pattern. These are the folks mentioned in this thread so far with problems, a couple seem to have self corrected. Let us know of any missing details and outcomes of HV battery problems and I will try to update the spreadsheet:

Hope you can pick out the web link in the "code" above. I do not get how the link otherwise gets converted to "media" that does not seem to open the Google Sheet. @TaxmanHogCode:https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1xoQZ78uBmrzpOLMD7fHR6g4gS9KpNeKaAjGlQRDR0hU/edit?usp=sharing
Am I missing anyone?

You can add me to this wonderful list. Build date was 7/25
3-4 week wait on the part@F150_lightning
"add me to this wonderful list. Build date was 7/25" [hmm quote system not working]
Mileage at failure? Any dealer estimates on time to repair? No warning email from Ford?
Would be nice if the HV battery cell "near future failure" was picked up by Ford (or by an onboard monitoring/reporting system!) before getting stuck somewhere. I wonder if Ford had an idea of the number of cell failures they were going to get before going into full production, thinking the customers would tolerate the fail rate?
I also wonder about fail rates as the years go by... I hope @Ford Motor Company will prevent the obsolescence of the truck body by having reasonably priced full (solid state?) battery pack replacements by 8 years down the road. I read the average vehicle life is actually 12 years until junked, but pickups are generally kept longer. Of course mileage is another factor, but hopefully the electronics are good for any number of miles.
Mileage at 2,500@F150_lightning
