I did use car scanner to scan for DTC but I don’t believe anything is useful besides it reading voltage unstable. Agreed I don’t believe car scanner has the ability to read individual cells.
Btw my battery health according to car scanner was 99.5% I have right at 60k miles. I try and treat the battery right lot of good that did me lol.
What Voltage did you see for HVB? Was it fluctuating?

Curious what was your normal SOC range for that 60K? 50%-80%? 30-70?......? I am trying to see if there is anything I can do to delay the inevitable. on my 10K service, the advisor said, mechanic said " The battery was the border liner" but the advisor didn't know what he was talking about and I was not allowed to talk to the mechanic. My battery health dropped to 98.0% when I was under 10K and popped back up to 98.5% after I charged to 100% once. I have a feeling my display wrench is around the corner.

I guess my point was how much can we really trust that SOH reading from car scanner. I check it occasionally and it has gone from 99 % back up to 99.5% I have 99.5 %. Health and then a cell goes bad. As far as charging habits I charge mine to 70% daily i stay mostly in town so get home with 30-40%. Every other week i charge to 95-100% for a 300 mile commute. Rarely use DCFC maybe 10 15 times over 60k.

2023 Lightning XLT; Tesla
I too have received the unfortunate wrench and powertrain malfunction/reduced power message yesterday. Power at the the 57% level. Charge level at 66% and I get a charge fault when trying to charge at home. 2023 XLT (ER) with 8,465 miles. I think late fall 2023 build date. Have appointment at Ford dealership tomorrow. Hoping for the best and appreciate all the great information on this forum.
