I drove over 2 hours today, tried the install again. Nope. And I sat with it again while it did the update. It seems like it's going through the whole update install process and failing at some point near the end. Hoping to hear from Ford tomorrow, but accepting it will probably be later this week.

I have the battery tender back on the 12V and it says it's charging now for the past hour. That seems off to me seeing how it thought I had it charged the other day and as much as I've been driving it. I'm suspecting that if my problem is the 12V battery charge level that I either have a failing 12V battery or my truck is not charging it as it should.

I have tried about everything I can think of to get this update to install. I've never had an issue with any prior updates, but have tried probably 30+ times to install this and it always fails. Have tried 12V battery disconnect and reconnect, BMS resets, long drives, update now and scheduled updates, etc. It just won't install. Haven't tried a battery tender yet, but that's going to be my last Hail Mary.

I have also tried everything to get this update to complete but nothing has worked. I am waiting for the dealer to get back to me if I need to bring it in. I've reset the BMS, long drives, connected a battery pack to the 12V. Update still fails.

Will watch thread to see if any other solutions will work.

So I heard back from the dealer service tech. They want me to bring the truck in so it's going in next Monday. The service advisor I talked to couldn't give me any specifics beyond them wanting to fully diagnose it in the shop.

Mine finally went through last night. The only thing I did differently was to have the parking brake on. One of the techs I talked to said this was a new 'condition' for updates. Also super jealous of you all getting your techs to look at it so fast. Still beyond frustrated with my dealer and their 'you'll be lucky to get it in by the end of Aug'

Had my truck in for the TSB 22-2395 and had them look at this update failure(s). Conclusion 12v battery replacement.

I got a pending update alert this afternoon, should install this evening at 0100 hrs.
Hv-Battery at 80%, not sure about the LVB status though, we shall see how it goes over night.

Same for me, got the prompt when I got home late this afternoon. However this is the first time I tried the update now option. It worked as expected… I hit the update now button, got the 180 second countdown and 15 minute inoperable warning. Checked on it 10 minutes later and it was installed successfully.

Mine refuses to update. I’ve had this issue in the past and manually charging the 12V helped. I might give it a shot when I have time to see if that’s the holdup again.

Haven't been able to find my tender yet... been meaning to just stop by HF and pick one up to try it out. I saw someone posted about setting parking brake so added that to the list of things I've tried, still no luck!
