Priority Update: 24-PU0105-CMR-FX. Driver Monitoring System

I don't have it, but saw reference on FB about an hour ago. I went to my truck to start and check for updates and something interesting is going on. Ford is not responding to my truck. When I hit the Software menu item I get the message that it is checking and it may take a minute, this is no unusual. However today I never get a response, it just sits on that screen. I 've tried on Wifi and ATT/cellular and I get the same response.

So it seems something is down or off line on the back end with Ford. Hoping it is temporary.

I am not on Facebook. Is it indeed what it looks like?

That's not the update that's being installed right now. I've had that one. Mine labeled itself "Advanced Driver Assistance Update" like the title of the thread.

I was so excited that I tapped to install it without taking pics. Doh!

I also received this update today. I too thought it was the new BC update.

I believe that is the FB post I saw too, failed to verify the actual release number.

Either way - 4 hours later my truck will not connect to Ford for SW verification. There are some problems this evening. I get the screen that says it is checking and nothing every comes back- just dots after dots.

Make a feedback report on the Sync system.

Just got this today. Said 50 mins was only 10. So far my new 24 has gotten a new update probably every day or every few days must’ve been sitting on the lot for a while.
