Has anyone else received one of these surveys from Strategic Vision?
I received this survey from Strategic Vision a few days ago. I went ahead and took is as Ford saw fit to give my information to them. The survey took a solid 20 minutes to go through and focuses on why you selected the F-150 Lightning, what you compared it to, what your buying experience was like, and what your impressions are now that you've owned the vehicle for awhile.
I don't always fill out surveys and I'll even abandon them midstream if they start to get into fluffy stuff like what-if marketing, but this one seems to stay pretty straightforward with your deciding factors and experience.
You could summarize my responses in 4 easy bullets:

You could summarize my responses in 4 easy bullets:
- Truck the is best value in EVs for being a real truck, so I bought it
- Post-sales service & support sucks rocks due to lack of EV-educated service technicians at dealerships
- Truck is physically rock-solid in the F-150 tradition
- Tech stack is absolute hot garbage
