I don't have access to FDRS, but I'm going to go out on a limb and say they are not down. @rugedraw has had access and posted updates from FDRS from others wanting an update on their truck. It appears to be working.

You can just try pestering them to do it, but the thing is some of those modules can take a really long time to update and if you have a bunch, it can practically take all day. I think this is one of the big reasons they won't do it.
gotcha, all they do is gotta click update and walk away right? And just go through the steps.
Eh, in my experience it seems to need a bit of babysitting, every module has to be done individually...some of the modules require power cycles... I had one seem to fail and just kept cycling through for hours and I finally had to sort of hard crash FDRS to get it to stop. That turned out ok, it had installed but was failing some sort of check...so, not quite set it and forget it!
Sounds like a pain. Is there anyway to get ahold of this programming for a normal person?

Oof ok worst case is I have a route to update the truck. That OBD adapter is not cheap at all
I believe there is someone, may be more than one person, on here that sort of has a loaner program for them...
I do. I have two of them. The waiting is list is weeks long at this point, but I can add anyone that wants to borrow one to it.
