I reversed my wiring on the CCM plug, check that. When I fixed it, I was able to then program it successfully. Check ALL of your wiring.
I also didn't understand how to use the ForScan master spreadsheet that is referenced in post 1 on my first attempt. I watched a YouTube video that is posted somewhere in the 20's pages of this thread and learned how to use my stock ForScan values and what I needed to change them to. They were different than the OP's. Understand that step before you start changing ForScan values again.
Don't use the "easy mode" for this mod, it likely won't work.

come to find out the wires are in the dash but not the plug
does it matter if you go from passenger or driver? driver seems easier. I just tore everything apart again and found that I was missing the 4 wires at the plug22 lightning xltFantastIc work Zach. I have a 23 Pro with tow tech package and have been working with Brotato on getting ACC in my truck. For some reason his 22 XLT 310 package had the correct wiring. We have installed all of the hardware but like most others, we are missing these four wires in my install. Thank you for the video. That is super helpful.
I dug into my passenger side kick panel and want to ensure I am looking at the correct C265 connector. I have attached a photo for confirmation. So you just removed the pins from the connector and directly spliced into them? How difficult was it to remove those pins from C265? Doesn't appear there is a lot of space in there for my hands.
I have ordered wires and pins and hope to have success in the next couple of weeks. Thanks again for all of your help with this.
I think you can go right from the IPMA plug (driver's side, right?) to the CCM harness (C134, missing wires, right?). I believe some have done that, bypassing C265 under the glove box. You may want to check this post and read the ones following it. Not the same situation, but I think similar. get a 24 ccm and the wiring for the ccm and then you can get a deutsch connector to attach it to the ccm wiring, get rid of the other parts of the wiring and what wires you have in it match to the closest color and simply drill a hole put a rubber plug in the firewall and inside you dont have to cut your wiring fold it over and put a deutsch connector in it. and then on the other end put a connecting deutsch. essentially there is one under the hood and under the interiorWell, my worst fears have been realized: I don't have the wiring. I still want to try it, but god am I nervous about running wire from the CCM. Also had a few more questions (and I have read the entire thread)

2: The CCM part number seems to have changed for 24.The one listed in here includes a bracket, the model for '24 on Tasca does not, unless I am looking at just the CCM and the one with the bracket included is a different number.
Nevermind, found the correct sub assembly for 24: NL3Z-9E731-A (Tasca part). Looks like the correct wiring harness for that is RL3Z-15K867-Q (Tasca)if you have the wiring. I suppose since I don't have the wiring, I can skip the harness and run a custom line to the IPMA, saving a bit of money.
So now this has gotten more expensive than I planned, but I suppose is still doable. I'm just so nervous about running wires and wiring the plug in general. I've read all 40 pages of this thread, and still don't understand the wiring diagrams lol.
I will forever kick myself for not waiting just a bit and realizing the Flash wasn't that much more expensive.
Correct, skip purchasing the bumper harness and make your own 4-wire harness from the IPMA (driver side module under the dash) to the new CCM.
