What am I doing wrong to connect my mongoose to fdrs and forscan . Says unable to connect ...Installed drivers and I'm able to get fdrs to says connected shows battery volt but when I try to scan Vin says device not connected but when I enter vin manually i click connect bottom symbol says connected ?

Yes I did . After installed that one I got vcm device options...I also can see my driver's are installed shows vehicle pass through and shows mongoose....but just strange I cannot even get forscan to connect

Is this a known working Mongoose? I haven’t looked but I think the Mongoose driver includes some toolbox programs you could try.
Does the Mongoose blink green when you plug it into the OBD port?

I'm not sure what to tell you, I've used my Mongoose with FORSCAN plenty of times, but I generally only use the OBDLink MX+ for that (different laptop).

Sure you ordered the Ford version of the Mongoose? Where are you located? Maybe someone near you has a working one you can try. The only thing I recall installing was the Opus IVS Driver and for FORScan I just selected the mongoose on the screen below

Anyone having trouble logging into the Ford Servers through FDRS? Perhaps related, the Motocraft website is less than functional today.

Alright, dumb question. Where did you create your account? Every link I've found either directs to motorcraft.com (which is giving an error when trying to login or create account) or I was directed to www2.helminc.com for license validation.
Which site credentials do I use to login with FDRS? Side note, neither work.
I feel like I just wasted $100 because the MotorCraft website is down.
