The website only shows a $4 monthly fee and no talk of it going up soon or anything like that. I didn't check every state, but all the ones I did were $4

Ah, missed that at the top of that email image. Still, you'd think they'd have something saying to sign up now before the rate goes up or something. ehBecause it's not effective for a month...
No, because the rate is "PER MONTH". So, if you use Pass+ now, you pay $4. When the next month begins, you'll pay $7.Ah, missed that at the top of that email image. Still, you'd think they'd have something saying to sign up now before the rate goes up or something. eh
Charging might be free, but when the vehicle hits it requested SOC and stops drawing energy, the idle timer and fees should start and be enforced, they did not promise a free parking spot at a packed and very popular mall (Wrentham Mass is a mad house on weekends)How do they enforce idle fees when the VW, Audi, BMW, Mercedes drivers and others get free charging for years ?
Nice tip Rick. Any work around you, I, or anyone else comes up with, they can come up with a work around for it. Such as, they can charge the three dollars per month you were down when you try to upgrade again. No, because the rate is "PER MONTH". So, if you use Pass+ now, you pay $4. Tip - Pass+ takes effect IMMEDIATELY. And, the downgrade takes effect when the month ends. So, unless you are on the road all the time, to not waste money sign up the morning of a trip, then immediately downgrade. You get the discount immediately, and don't have to remember to cancel. Put "Sign up for Pass+" on your trip checklist.
Been this way for at least the 2 years I have been charging there.Nice tip Rick. Any work around you, I, or anyone else comes up with, they can come up with a work around for it. Such as, they can charge the three dollars per month you were down when you try to upgrade again.
True. But it is their app, and just like the three to seven dollar price, they can change it any time they like.Been this way for at least the 2 years I have been charging there.
Mine has itMine doesn't have the $7 language. I wonder if the $7 Pass+ thing is a marketing experiment?

But when they get notification that their charge is complete, they can come out to the car, unplug, go back to the mall without incurring idle fees.Charging might be free, but when the vehicle hits it requested SOC and stops drawing energy, the idle timer and fees should start and be enforced, they did not promise a free parking spot at a packed and very popular mall (Wrentham Mass is a mad house on weekends)
W-T-F would they plug back in at 100% SOC, other than being 100% arrogant !But when they get notification that their charge is complete, they can come out to the car, unplug, go back to the mall without incurring idle fees.
