On start-up did it load the guest profile instead of your personalized profile?

This issue happens a lot when I precondition or remote start.

To fix it, I manually select my personal profile and the radio presets come back
It did do that. But radio presets were wiped from my and my wife’s profiles. It’s also not wrong to say that my profile and my wife’s profile radio presets now match the guest profile.

I've done similar just in case something goes wrong. Profile 3 not really used is saved and an exact duplicate of 1 which is mine and the most often used. If something drastically goes wrong pull up the other and save it back as 1.

Ford Pass 4.22.2 update available, looks like it just fixed some remote start issues
Not pushed to my Android yet, looking forward to it!

Not a beta tester. Received email. FordPass, and notification on truck (7/11 build week Platinum) screen the 3.5.5 update was available. No issues loading, GOM appears to give a little more distance when I do the math: current range / current percent charge. I have had PAAK since delivery, tested and works but sitting in truck unlock and start had to be retried once each to have them work. I did loose radio preset stations and settings (treble, midrange, bass, balance, fade, speed compensation, surround mode) and I think a couple other settings: sensors at shut down and a driver preference for assistance. I recommend always validating settings and preferences after a software upgrade.

I wish. That bleeping Frunk drives me nuts. Would love to silence that speaker.

I don't see any obvious changes. Sounds like the distance to empty improvement might help the accuracy of the guess-o-meter maybe?

Haha thanks! Yeah, I mean, the Lightning has been such a mix of emotions for me as a 5-time Tesla owner since 2014. Some things are such a refreshing change, like the doors not freezing shut and the heater being powerful enough. Some things even on the software side are really nice, like the updates that add software features without requiring 30-50 minutes of downtime.

Other things are very much in the “what were they thinking” category, like the power up versions, or how hard it is to see the battery percentage in the car, or how the trip planner hides arrival battery percentage in a 3-tap menu. And of course all the app quirks, remote start vs departure time.
As a current and previous Tesla owner, I find some of the software annoying. List includes but definitely not limited to:

1. I finally figured out that if I remote start the car, This Trip continues with previous trip data for time/distance but not kWh number.
2. I actually have PAAK for mine. It started working for me after 3.5.3, but why does it not automatically lock the doors when I walk away? I have no FOB, so if i forget to press the lock button on the door, I have to open the app and hold to lock.
3. Why oh Why oh Why does it have to beep to open and close the Front Trunk? WHY!!!! It is so loud and slow.
4. The backup noise is also loud and annoying.
5. Trying to access scales and smart hitch from my phone(when connected to bluetooth/PAAK) results in a "Not Operational" message and to seem my dealer. Contacted the dealer, they kept it for 2 days, said nothing is wrong.

I agree completely on the walk-away lock. My Mach-E has it but the lightning doesn't? What's up with that?

How about the other way around? My Lightning has the setting to shut the "double-honk" off when you get out of the truck with the key in your pocket and it's running (to check the mail as an example).....but the Mach-E doesn't have that setting...so you have to FORSCAN that change if you want it.

Wouldn't you think software engineers could share ideas a bit more? (Well probably not though...since it's doubtful the Lincoln software folks talk to anybody at Ford about what they're doing...so).

I received the 3.5.5 update on Nov 17 and then PAAK on the 19th. I am in Canada and not part of any BETA program. I also lost my profile settings including all radio presets and it switched off One Pedal mode. Not a big deal but also not overly convenient, especially considering the cost of entry of the vehicle. Still in love though...

Why don't you have paak yet? I'm on 3.5.4
I was waitlisted for the Ford Early Access Program, and got a notification this morning that I've been added.

A few hours later I received Power-Up 3.5.5.
Before I manually initiated the update, it warned me that I would have to leave the truck turned off for up to 25 minutes. The update only took about 15 minutes, but the process was noisy. Several times there was a electrical hum near the front motor followed a buzzing sound (best I can describe it as angry hornets) from near the rear motor. Pretty odd, but truck seems fine after the update.

BTW, received 3.5.3 and 3.5.4 a couple of weeks ago, and I'm still eagerly awaiting the PaaK update.

why don't you have paak yet? My truck came with ppak when I got it and I just got 3.5.4 (I think that's the number. It was described as the updates for all the updates to start coming in or something along those lines) that's weird to me. My aviator had to go in for an update to get paak bc it didn't exist when my truck came out. I love that updates can give vehicles new features. Maybe you should bring it up to ford bc maybe some core program has to be enabled to get you paak working.

All trucks built prior to ~August(?) were shipped without PaaK awaiting an update by, in Fordspeak, 'late summer'. I call this season very, very late summer.
Oh that's ford alright. But they did get that update for my mach e gt with that high voltage switch fast. That one was done in a few weeks after the announcement. Then again I did have to bring it back after and they had to rip the battery out to replace the fuse box bc the update didn't work lol

My 3.5.5 failed last night and just installed with "Update Now", still no PaaK. *womp-womp*

The quote above makes a lot of sense. I have mine set at 80%. I keep thinking I've been brushing the "Charge To 100%" button in the FordPass iOS app without realizing it. I caught it this morning at 94% while it was charging outside the TOU rate window.
If you go to the dealer and have them update your remote function module you will get PAAK. Im fortunate enough to have the ability to do it myself but once I updated the module I had PAAK in my FordPass app.
