My dealer has the parts and I’m scheduled to have it done this Thursday (Oct 5). I’ll report back on the result. So…has anyone actually gotten this done yet? Are the parts available or not?

You should. Go into the FordPass app and click on the service icon at the bottom. There should be a tile for Customer Satisfaction Program and if you click it the bulletin should be listed there. My truck has the 50 dollar wheel removal credit. Will it eventually get the heated wheel back?
Seriously, oil?Heated steering wheel parts are on backorder at my dealer in CO, and they have no estimate on time. They think the light bar parts are like a week. Trying to do all my stuff at the same time. No mention of any cost for steering wheel. They did try and schedule my 10k service for $119 (oil, multipoint, and tire rotation) or $107 for just oil and basic inspection. Seen others here getting the 10k service for like ~$70.

That’s crazy. My dealer doesn’t schedule me in until they have the parts in-hand. And they don’t physically need the vehicle to order the parts.I received the letter from Ford. I contacted my dealer and I have an appointment set for next Friday. He wants to assess my truck and order parts for the lightbar and steering wheel. I also received a letter from Ford a week ago stating that I will have a battery module replaced, free of charge, as part of a maintenance process with the battery. My dealer is going to look at everything next week.
They are supposed to do a diagnostic and/or troubleshooting before ordering any warranty parts, at least here in Canada. Maybe your dealer has a high volume of lightnings going through and they know what they need. That’s crazy. My dealer doesn’t schedule me in until they have the parts in-hand. My dealer services 2 Lightnings, mine and the FCTP they sold. I’m pretty sure the part numbers required are listed in the technical instructions for the CSP.They are supposed to do a diagnostic and/or troubleshooting before ordering any warranty parts, at least here in Canada. I called my dealer about the time you posted that (Oct 5). Dealer called a week later and said the part had arrived. I'm scheduled to have it put in Thursday.Heated steering wheel parts are on backorder at my dealer i....
