Sadly if the unnecessary service warning they are referring to is the "Battery drain/service soon" message, they weren't wrong, it does have a problem. What they need to do is still figure out when the LV battery needs a charge and to do it, regardless of the state of the vehicle or HV charging. I'm not sure after 3 years how they haven't figured this out.

Received 10.3.0 last night. The truck also charged to 100% which has happened before after an update.

I have BC1.4 via parking sensor CSP and Forscan mod. I assume this means I won't get a separate update but who knows.

Looks like this update is going to screw up the setting for charging preferences. Just like you, my truck charged to 100% after the update (even though I had an 80% limit programmed). And it also deleted all of the "charge locations" I previously had.

But the worst part is that I can't correct the problem now. When I go back to my setting (both in Fordpass and on the truck itself), it won't let me enter anything under ""target charge" or "preferred charge time" because my charge locations disappeared and I don't have the option of adding the location again. It has a message that I can add a location "after your first AC charge session," but I just finished charging at home, so I don't know what the problem is.

Any ideas on how to fix this glitch, or am I doing something wrong?

I just got this update as well and it’s installing as I type this. Wish I could get BC 1.4, but I guess I will get it soon.

BC came before this for me by a few weeks, so I don't think it's dependent on this update. FWIW

These things usually fix themselves (allow you to add and change settings)after driving the truck around and maybe charging again it’s been a while. I don’t know exactly remember

I thought I was getting BC1.4 😂. Interested to see if parking brake activates more often now and what the powertrain software did.
So nothing to fix the SYNC 4 software problems. lol

If you charged to 100% then drive down the SOC some, ideally below your desired upper limit to allow another "active" charging session to commence, that's the only time you can create a new charging scheme to replace the one you deleted, I've experienced this situation a few times over my 30+ months of ownership.

Finally got my 10.3 to take in the cold winter weather on try number 5. Hooked up my Viking charger/maintainer set to AGM 12V, plugged into my EVSE and got everything warmed up.

I guess now I just need to unhook and button up everything (and probably reset the AM/FM presets I rarely use). My main goal is to set if BC 1.4 is next although my 3 years expire June 10 and I'm not paying for BlueCruise.

Installed 10.3 overnight. Like others, my truck charged to 100% and my charge settings were deleted. Still waiting on BC 1.4.
