there has been some talk of updates being “stuck” if I remember,within FDRS, it shows you have a both a gateway and a sync update - it might be stuck.
so getting the gateway module update seemed to OTA to behave normally.
again, from memor, also thought same was observed in Mach-e

but then again it was a little anecdotal

if you‘ve only had your truck for 2 months or less, just be patient

What version of what? You can see what Sync version you're on in the "about sync" page in your touchscreen settings menu. If you want to know where you are in terms of power-up updates, I can check your OTA history with your VIN to see what it shows.

Edit: This is the same no-name GWM update that were sent to the Mach E's.

Yup, I'm an android operator, I created a desktop shortcut for the URL, three clicks and I have the data.

No updates should be needed for the Tesla chargers.

My truck received an OTA update (away from my home wifi, btw), and I can't seem to find the version. Past ones have the version right in the notification message. I checked in the truck and it looks substantially the same as this info:

What am I missing?

Hey thanks for the info. When I try to run it I get the error “A server with the specified hostname could not be found.” Any ideas what could be wrong?
