Update on Friday April 4- Ford battery team called the dealer today who said they would have my battery issue corrected, but would not have time to correct all the recall issues. They first said they had all the parts, then when I pressed them to get me the truck back as soon as the battery was fixed, their story changed to "we are waiting for parts". I don't know what to believe. I expect to have my truck back this afternoon - 17 days after the battery fault and the dealer took it in. I will see what they fixed when I get it back...Update, on Monday, I called the Ford battery team (800-392-3673) and found out that my battery module was indeed delivered to the dealer - however the deal will not have a certified tech to install it for 10 days! My $100K brick is there - Ford did agree to reimburse me for a rental car as the dealer did not have any loaners available... I will keep you all posted...
