Just found my Automatic Update OFF as well & None On

This is not the waiting to download screen. “Not Completed” means the OTA campaign for your truck and this update did not download and will expire without install.
It’s not clear why this happens, I’ve had it on a couple updates.

Thanks for the information, I likely missed the window to receive this because my AUTOMATIC UPDATE switch was off sometime after 9/15 when I got the DCFC update, hopefully this update and Presets update will recycle in the coming weeks.

If the Lightings are anything like the ICE trucks, having auto-updates on or off would not make a difference with this particular update. Auto-updates schedules are only for updates that require the vehicle to be inhibited and this update is not one of those.....most aren't. Updates that do not require the vehicle to be inhibited will download upon turning the ignition on after the OTA trigger is created an if the files download properly and the GWM signs off on the update, it will install regardless of the auto-updates schedule.

If you post or PM me your VIN, I can check PTS to see if the OTA trigger expired or not and if it did fail, the reason for failure (although sometimes, the error codes provided as the reason for failure are things I cannot make sense of).

Are you able to see if an update was even scheduled for the truck? I have not received any of these recent updates. I'm still waiting for those from summer.

Yes, up to a certain point. PTS supposedly records up to 60 days worth of history, but in the case of failed/installed updates, it can record a lot longer than that.

That’s just the map expiration date. Ford put in this long date so they didn’t have to keep moving it every 6 months.

Received this update yesterday. The biggest surprise and exciting news with this update is that my radio presets did not get reset! Hopefully that issue has been fixed going forward.

Just received this this afternoon on my 23 Pro.

Def noticed a smoother APIM experience after this update. My APIM would often freeze when after a few days of using CarPlay. It's been much more stable since this update. I would also loose the telematics icon at the top of the screen and it would often take several key cycles to see it return. I would get a message after starting the truck that the truck has connected to the Ford telematics but the icon would not show up. Seems that bug has been fixed now.

Nope, I got it to process on 10/6/23 after letting the truck idle for almost 4 hours bringing the LVB SOC high enough!
