Thank you for this thread! I could not take all alerts and notices and extra lights any longer. I bought the OBDLink, downloaded FORScan, bought a new battery for my 8yr old laptop, watched a ton of videos, read Livinitup’s tutorial and turned off the door chime, the seatbelt chime and added silent mode. Finally some serenity!

Member XENOILPHOBE and I have turned it on in his truck. The sound really is appreciably better. He was still trying to get the visual screen "color wheel" control to work the last time we had touched base. He's got the Platinum with 18 or so speakers.
I have a 23 lariat with regular B&O and this feature made no difference in sound on any source. When I choose it the sound is much more flat like if you reset all levels. Once I put back on normal the sound gets much better. I’ve checked settings and all is set correctly. So I’m not sure what’s going on unless it only works on unleashed. 🤷‍♂️

Has anyone been able to definitively say if the Beosonic change actually does anything ?

I noticed if I double tap on the beosonic circle, the audio is muted for a half second and does appear to sound different. If I just move my finger around the circle, I don't notice a change . You guys should try the double tap method and let me know if I'm just going crazy .

No noticable change with Beosonic for me. I tried the "double tap" and get muted for 1/2 second and no change in sound.

But at least the new graphics look great. :)

Noticed that Auto Relock is not listed in Post #1.

It is a nice feature especially if you accidentally unlock your truck with fob. The truck will Relock if door is not open within 45 seconds. After FORSCAN change is made it is switchable on/off from the Synch screen.

I made the change a few months ago, so I think the method is still the same. Although @bmwhitetx may want to confirm it. (Thanks again for all the work you've done here.)

I modified the first post to indicate Beosonic may only work for Platinums with B&O Unleashed. I also did not notice any difference in sound on my Lariat.

@mrau, I added the auto relock mod as well. Thanks!

Hadn't used FORScan since my 2015 Mustang days...but was able to complete all of the following today:

BC1.4/Auto-Lane Changes (had the CSP-24B56 completed last week at dealer)
Walk-Away Lock (unfortunately, dealer did not update my BCM, though I did ask)
Heated Steering Wheel (bumped up to D=37)
50/50 side-view in cameras menu
Silent Mode
Disable Door Ajar and Seatbelt chimes (until in motion)
Turn-signal blinks increased to 6
Auto-relock to 45 seconds
Remove "full-view not available" on reverse
Glare-free/matrix headlights (have not verified in operation, yet)

@bmwhitetx, you're doing a helluva job keeping this first post updated for us!

Ever since my 1990s BMW days, I liked the "orange snowflake" Frost Warning telltale and turned it on in my 2015 Fusion and in my 2022 Mach E.

Unfortunately, although I turned this telltale's alphanumerics on via Forscan per Livinitup's spreadsheet (IPC), it hasn't worked so far on my 2023 XLT Lightning's IPC.

Does anyone here have the Frost Warning telltale? ...and if so, did You turn it on Yourself? ...and if so, what are the Forscan codes and lines to do it?

Thanks in advance!

I tested my luck with this yesterday and was very successful on my 22 XLT SR. I completed and verified working global window open/close, Enable silent mode, and Remove "Full view not available" message on reverse camera screen while in motion.
I did the Glare-Free headlights and have the settings in sync menu, but have yet to try it at night.
I also enabled the 50/50 view and the button appeared on the screen but no camera view.

Odd. The 2022 XLT has the 360-degree view feature so you should have the cameras in the mirrors.
Can you DM me your vin?

Start with APIM. Triple check the APIM changes you made. Restore to original values and confirm sound is back. Then re-apply one at a time.

If not APIM, do the same for the other modules.

Also, let me know what your original values were for those parameters or DM me your VIN:
APIM 7D0-09-01 x?xx xxxx xx--
APIM 7D0-09-03 xx?x xxxx xx--

@alanack i think I saw this as well and it made me take a double take…but as soon as I played a sound source, the sound menu was lit up again and worked fine. Maybe for you too?

I have a '22 Platinum and couldn't even get the Beosonic circle to appear. I'll try again at some point.

Hi Scot, welcome to the $#!@ show that the 24's are. Officially they were not supposed to have the front sensors, but Ford did not remove it from the window stickers or the marketing. Take it to the dealer, show they a copy of the original window sticker (don't give them the original!!!) and demand they install the sensors. There are a bunch of us pushing and I am going to start withing with an attorney soon. They need to make right on this. Also check the tailgate. It is supposed to be assist (slow lower). The dealer did install the fix for that. It is also supposed to have the speed limit recognition and display on dash. That I just fixed myself with ForScan. See below.

Enable Speed Limit Recognition

IPC 720-03-02 xxCx-xxxx enables TSR (traffic sign recognition)
IPC 720-09-01 xxxx-xxxx-9xxx enables SLIF
APIM 7D0-09-02 xxxx-x5xx-xxxx enables TSR NCAP Adaptions
APIM 7D0-09-02 xxxx-xxxx-xDxx enables TSR
IPMA 706-01-01 xx4x-xxxx-xxxx enables SLIF feature
IPMA 706-02-01 6xxx-xxx-xxxx sets TSR mode (6= fusion of camera and navigation, 4 is camera only)

Window sticker says I should have "Forward Sensing System" i.e. proximity sensors on front bumper. My last discussion regarding this problem was moved to another thread. I've broken out the old windows lap top, loaded up FORScan, bought a dongle and am ready to ruin my new truck. Can you tell me if I'm approaching this correctly.

First the wiring diagram shows all proximity sensors front, and rear all go to the IPMA module, so I looked over livinitup's spreadsheet dated this year and found the bottom tab for IPMA 2024. I started down looking for anything with the text "Cnfg_PA" thinking this would be all parameters associated with Parking Assist. It was basically all in 706-02-01. Still pretty opaque, but I compared it to my As-Built Data to see if I could make some sense of it. I came away pretty confused. I guess I'm looking for a methodical approach to discover how to recognize the sensors and enable the features and I feel more like I'm about to become a monkey banging on a typewriter. I feel pretty confident I could perform the actions others have discovered, but I think this may be virgin territory (adding front sensors). I did read the thread of the fellow who added radar, etc, so I'll go re read that. Can someone point me in the right direction.
