FCSP just breaks after almost 3 years? Need help

Hey everyone , so I go to plug in my truck last night and it doesn't charge . No fun to wake up to that . Charge station pro has a blue light , I've power cycled at the circuit breaker , factory reset it on the app , and the truck doesn't recognize it at all . I can Dc fast charge without issue. Can anyone take a pic of their connector? It looks like the DC pin that I don't even really need is messed up . Any other thoughts ?

Is the misalignment of the irrelevant DC pin preventing the entire CCS1 plug from fully seating on the AC & Comms pins??

It seems to sit flush either way as far as I can tell but I'll play with it in the light tomorrow with the circuit breaker off . But good point that this pin could mess up the alignment of the relevant pins.

Try cleaning your charge port and charger pins using isopropyl alcohol and cotton swabs.

I have used electronics cleaner spray on mine when it would not charge, but it was due to the critter that ate the wiring not anything to do with the charge port.
