Frunk Questions

Hi! I've had my Lightning (2024 Lariat in Avalanche) for a couple of weeks. I'm curious what these two indentions with what looks to be locations for clips might be in the frunk trim? The square on is on the left and the rectangular one is on the right. Thanks!

The long rectangular one is to hold pencil/marker and square one is for a tape measure.

Use them when working on projects with frunk open.

That's my best guess.

Yes, I noticed the indentions last week when I was towel drying my truck after a wash. Couldn't come up with an answer then, and still can't.

I was told the square is a cup holder, and it does serve that purpose well...until you forget it's their and close the frunk.

I was going to say to hold your beer/adult beverage when you’re getting stuff out of the Frunk.

The rectangular one is to hold the wrench you use to disconnect the 12v battery...

The square one is where you set your drink while waiting the 20 minutes after you disconnected the 12v battery...
