2 Mar 25 and there's a complete set of powertrain updates out for my '22 Lariat ER today. I was holding off updating the door modules that came out last week until something more substantive came along. I guess this is it. :)

I checked two '23 models and they don't have these updates.
I checked two '24 models but they do have them.

Maybe they're still working on the validation for the '23 model versions (that's happened before with other updates).
I didn't get a chance to post the followup to my 2 March powertrain and doors update due to issues with my account that started on the 3rd and were only resolved yesterday.

Here's how that went:
Ford F-150 Lightning Lightning Software Updates using FDRS Lightning_Powertrain_2-Mar-25FollowU

The powertrain script started at 2:39 when I selected the PCM and hit "Run". Right side column is how long each module took according to FDRS.

Total time for all powertrain module updates was 18 minutes.
Both door modules took 4 minutes each.

I saw folks posting about the OTA gateway update (ECG-25.2.5.7.1), and even though it is in my OTA queue right now, it has not started downloading yet...and had what looked like a scheduled install date of the 13th of March for my truck. So I just did it with FDRS instead yesterday.

I see you tried the ACM and RFA again. I assume those didn’t work.

So FDRS showed you had both the ECG OTA and also a GWM update available? Did the OTA go away when you updated the GWM?

Is your GWM now -RCP?

My 2022 Lightning hasn't updated since September so I just bought a Mongoose, for others FYI I live in Conyers GA and if you have issues shoot me a PM and I can try and help you as well. I'll have my Mongoose and start updates tomorrow, looks fairly easy if you have experience with tuning cars or using Forscan. Pricey module for sure but the dealer has failed twice when we asked them to do the updates.

Man getting installed was easy, connected hard. I had to disable windows defender and use edge with the privacy settings turned off then reinstall FDRS as admin. Worked great after that... I probably just needed to whitelist FDRS in windows defender to be honest. Downloading updates now :)

You can get started if you want. If you show any GWM, APIM, TCU and/or IPC, those are done with a USB drive with the car turned on. FDRS put the files in the USB and then you follow the directions to do them. All the other modules will be done with the cable with the vehicle off and inhibited......those are the ones you don't want to do without a proper power supply.

The important question now is which power supply did you order?
Pricey at 499, but the "Schumacher Electric DSR ProSeries INC100 Fully Automatic Battery Charger and Flash Reprogramming Power Supply with Service Mode, 100 Amps, 12 Volts, Black" has been bullet proof reliable.

I was on the fence between the Schumacher or Clore Pl6100 but ended up grabbing a powermax pmbc-75 for about $300 last year when I updated mine. 75 amps is probably the bare minimum I would try since I was regularly pulling around 60 amps.

Looks like the 100 amp version of the one i got. Guessing it doesn't come with the cable at that price?
I have some jumper cables I'll just cut up and use :)
