Yeah - new scheduler/service advisor at Utter - Tiffany I think it was, just told me I was too far away for them now. Tracy at 5 Star did check with a tech, I think they knew agreed they needed to get power supply, but they started down the road of they knew it would take all day.I think Utter will still do mobile service. But when I called Five Star Lewisville, they said they no longer do mobile service for software updates. They had too many issues. Morons don't realize the issue is likely the tech not connecting a power supply. They offered the pickup/drop-off service instead so I did that. I had them do the three CSPs I had at the time. They were pretty quick and did all the updates.
So I'm choosing the least of my evils. I think at least at Utter I'll call the guy that has helped me a couple of times and let him set it up for me.
